I check my measurements once or twice a month depending upon my weight loss. I record my weight once a week but weigh pretty much every day to keep myself in check.

It has taken me 17 weeks (about 4 months) to lose 25 lbs. I am 5'6". Started mfp at 146 and am currently 121 as of this morning.

I don't go very often myself. Never have. A few times a week...at best. So, I went to GNC and they suggested taking an enzyme capsule once a day. It's not a laxative. Just helps break down food quicker and you will not become dependent on them. They seem to work for me as long as I can remember to take them consistently.…

I would think that if the inseam on them were more than 3" or 3" they should be fine. I am 30 and won't really wear anything less then a 3" inseam. Seems too young looking for me and I don't want to have to worry about my stuff falling out of them. LOL Just my opinion though.

In my head, I wanted to lose it super fast, but I was not very motivated. My first I gained around 70 lbs! That's depressing in itself, then you add another life to the mix and things for myself kinda got put on the back burner. I started that pregnancy at 125 and it took me almost 3 years to get to 130. Then we tried…

I met mine at a Super Bowl party. My cousin was a mutual friend and he begged her to set him up with me. So, he called, we set up a date and the rest is history!

My hubby told me about the App!!

I have treats pretty much every day. As long as i have the calories left or come in not too far over. I would never last at this if i couldnt eat what i wanted. All in moderation!

That's so funny that I commented on your homepage post about being on cloud 9 then reading this and you actually said it! LOL Again, that is fantastic and you are doing/looking GREAT!!! I want to have one of these tests done now myself!

^^^This AND if you are burning calories and are set at sedentary with NO specific exercise set through the week....why wouldn't you count those calories as being burned??? I have lost 22 lbs doing very little "real exercise" by your standards - I haven't stepped foot in a gym....guess I'm doing something right though, even…

Very well put! And from what I learned way back in grade school....if you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything! I don't understand why this is so hard for some!!! Haters are Motivators I suppose...

Totally agree with the original poster!! I have always had a problem with this. People can be so rude. I know how much I used to weigh before kids, and I want to get back to that. I know my body won't be exactly the same, but my weight can be the same. I have lost 22 lbs so far and have 4 more to go. These last 4 seem to…

I must have missed that post, but well said!! Totally agree with you!

Mine is my NEW backside since losing 22 lbs....taken this past weekend.

If I were you, I would get down to 115-120 and then re-evaluate. If you are happy with your body at that weight, then stay there. If not, then just lose some more. I definitely wouldn't go under 100 lbs though, probably stay at least around 105 for your height if even that low. Basically, see how your body responds to the…

Thanks everyone! You are all too kind! I think it's easier to "see" when others critique your pics!

Thanks! I am 5'6"

Awww...Thanks Sarah! I really haven't been doing any specific/regular exercise. Still on a 1200 cal/day diet - staying close to or under most days. I was doing the elliptical but since the weather has been nicer I have been trying to get in biking, walking, things like that. And I also started my volleyball league too, but…

I would finish out with L3 for 10 days and then start mixing it up if you want to keep using the 30DS for exercise. L3 is still hard, I just found the exercises more *enjoyable* (prob not the right word lol) then L2.
-
Agreed! Level 3 was easier then Leve 2 for me as well. Almost enjoyable after doing L2! LOL

5'6" 120-125 (to not fluctuate over 125) - just getting back to where I started before kids

I loved Daytona Beach when we were down there visiting friends. You drove on the beach and parked. It was really cool. Plus we had SUVs so we sat in the back or under the hatch for some shade. Not sure if it was legal or not, I think it was...but we drank alcoholic beverages on the beach. I know some beaches don't allow…

Yes, most of these are true! LOL Born and raised in PA

I say find a new instructor! lol I used to barely drink any water, but as soon as I upped it, I really started seeing the weight come off (with sticking to my calorie goal and little to no exercise too). I normally drink about 10-16 cups a day. I'm currently on number 12 and it's only 1:30 in the afternoon here. You should…

Mine was to get back to the size I was before we started having kids. I currently weigh 125. The last time I weighed that was in the early fall of 2003. Still would like to drop 4-5 more lbs to truely get to where I started.
