definitely doable! i just started my 2nd round of the shred on sunday. it's tough, but push through. it's really worth it in the end. i had awesome results the first time around, but have let myself go a little bit since the summer. looking forward to getting toned back up for sure!

Nothing completely, but the one thing I would never part ways with is my McDonald's Iced Coffees! lol I have one a day (sometimes 2 on weekends ;)) and I just plan for them and make sure I have enough calories left over.

That is awesome :drinker: I've also had the comments from people about how I need to eat, and not lose any more weight. It's frustrating. I'm not trying to lose weight anymore. I set my goal to get back where I started before marriage and kids, which were only a few months apart. lol And I think I eat just fine!
