  • That's hilarious! I was kinda thinking the same thing though....I'd have to be checking the clock and making sure my minutes are right! Might ruin the mood. lol
  • Instead of the mayo, I use plain non-fat yogurt when I make my tuna salad. Cuts down the calories a lot. I like adding boiled egg whites to the mixture too.
  • This is really putting it into perspective! Thanks for asking this question, I hadn't thought to even figure this out. As of right now, I have lost 12.33% body weight since Feb 2011!!
  • I know when I was on iron pills while preggo they constipated me and it was much harder to go, although I never bled with it. Sorry I couldn't be more help!
  • I have been on a 1200 calorie diet since I started eating better.
  • I was also counting calories as well. I started counting on Feb 25th the same day I joined mfp. I didnt start the shred until March 16th I believe. Good luck!
  • Heres a link to my results that i post a few weeks ago. My results are listed first but by the time i figured out how to post pics they ended up on page 2 :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/220961-30-day-shred-results
  • My official weigh in day is Friday when I log. I do however weigh myself almost ever day in the morning when I get up and before I go to bed in the evening to just be accountable of my fluctuations throughout the day and to make sure I'm staying on track. That won't work for everyone, but it does for me. You have to find…

  • Awe, thank you both! It is definitely worth doing and finishing! I love my results from the shred

  • Totally agree with this too. I set myself as sedentary because i have a desk job and really was not working out at all the first few weeks of mfp. So anything that burns calories workout wise i count.
  • I only log it if its an uninterrupted significant amount of time. For instance i clean my office once a week it takes about an hour and i always log that.
  • I weigh pretty much every morning first thing and then at night before bed to see how much I fluctuate. Before mfp I would fluctuate up to 6 lbs in a day but since starting this journey I only fluctuate 1-2 lbs in a day. I like to keep an eye on my daily progress and make adjustments as needed. I only record my weight once…
  • I weigh almost every day as well but my mfp weigh in day is friday where i record. My weekends are not always the greatest but i try really hard. I dont go on a binge but having family dinners and occasionally eating out is harder to track and normally carries a higher calorie count. Weighing in on fridays helps me stay on…
  • I totally agree...and am the same way. The only time I eat breakfast is on special occasions like today when we had something at work, etc. I have always been like this, even back in high school and that is going on 12 years. I have lost 16lbs since February so I must be doing something right!
  • I use that site quite often too for the last few years. Just used the allrecipes app on my iphone last night while making peanut butter rice krispie treats for my son's teachers. I like that you have so many options of searching. For example you can search by what ingredient you want to use or by title of a dish, etc.
  • Thanks for posting!!!
  • Great job! Go 1981! lol I turned 30 myself this year. Hope you have a fabulous day!
  • Your pics are GREAT! Super job :flowerforyou:

  • I have my activity set at the lowest possible setting so I do count mine as long as it's consecutive. For example I clean my work office for extra cash and I do count that hour as light cleaning because it is uninterrupted cleaning. I don't normally log cleaning at my house though because I always get interrupted etc.
  • I might log it as gardening too. I was amazed at how many calories I burned last night pulling weeds for an hour! I might actually start enjoying it/doing it more often since I get to log my cals burned! lol
  • I am finished with the shred, but level 2 was my LEAST favorite. I hated all of the plank position stuff. I thought level 3 would then get worse, but I actually enjoyed level 3 after doing level 2 for 10 days! Just push through it. You will be glad that you did in the end!
  • You look phenomenal!!! And your legs in that dress pic look freaking AWESOME!! Congrats! :flowerforyou:
  • I want to hear these too! I HATE doing planks for the same reason :frown:
  • Your results are awesome! I LOVE the shred and had great results myself with it. WTG :flowerforyou:
  • ^^^ that's what I was gonna say. they do seem to run small. Congrats! You look GREAT!!
  • I concur! Nice call Sarah! I would love to have half of that rack. lol
  • I just posted my results from the 30DS yesterday on the success stories board if you want to check them out. My pictures are on page 2 though. I used 3 lb weights the whole time. I did each level 10 days and then went to the next level. I did have a few rest days here and there though, but did each level 10 days total. I…
