Day 5 is when I finally started to feel less pain! It is so worth it though so just push through the first few days. I will be on day 7 today and I have lost a 1/2 inch from my waist and from my hips so far. I can't wait to see what day 30 brings!!

During the week I do ok because I'm at my desk, but on the weekends and evenings, I cut up fresh lemons and add to my water - either in my cup or put them directly into the bottle when I'm out and about. Adds just a bit of flavor and I look forward to drinking it more than just plain water.

I finished Day 5 yesterday, but I'm trying to hold out on taking measurements at least until day 10. It's so hard not to check though. I'm just afraid I will be disappointed. Although I do feel much better doing the exercises and am a lot less sore now than the first few days!

I completed day 5 today and it does get easier as the days go on. It may not feel like it on day 1, 2 or 3 but it really does. Stick with it. I'm glad I did. I absolutely cant wait until the end to see the results!!

I just started last night and I logged mine as Calisthenics and it came up as 168 calories burned, but i was wondering if that was the correct catagory to put it in. Was trying to find out here on the message boards what is correct.

I just started Level 1 Day 1 last night. WOW! What a workout! My legs still feel like jello today. I used 3lb weights and they were so heavy by the end. Good luck everyone. I'm glad we are all doing this together!

I feel the same way as you. When I started MFP I weighed in at 144. I was down to 138 a week later. So, of course I was ecstatic with the results. However, I had a huge moment of weakness over the weekend and went back up to 142 (I'm sure it was the sodium but it's still so discouraging), then I went down to 141 the next…

Well, my baby is 2 1/2 now, and i'm still trying to get rid of the last 10-15 lbs! So you're not alone! lol It actually took me a good 3 years to lose my baby weight from my first one, and then we decided to have another right after that. Not the best planning, but oh well! :)

I just downloaded an app on my iphone for RESTAURANT NUTRITION and it has over 200 listed that you can search through and it gives all the nutritional information. It's so much easier than having to get on each restaurant's website to try and find it. I'm sure it's available on other smart phones too.
