A good steak is right up there. Although any smoked brisket is a big favorite too.

Oh there are too many. Jason Mamoa is a major one.

Some support and some silliness. I like the community aspect of things like Noom, but their food database is horrible

Is there a dictionary somewhere? Some kind of acronym primer? I keep having to Google things just to find out what a TLA (three-letter acronym) means. It took a while to find out that NSV means Non-Scale Victory. Being able to fit comfortably into jeans that were painful just a few weeks ago is a definite victory for me.

I have not done my normal 30 minutes on the elliptical in the last 2 days. I came down with a cold on Tuesday and I'm on the mend now, I just couldn't. I've heard some people say that you should work out despite a cold - but I just thought that would be kind of jerky of me to take my germ-laden self into the gym.

Garbanzo flour. It behaves a lot like wheat flour.

2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop low- or no-carb vanilla protein powder, several tablespoons of sugar-free orange flavored psyllium fiber supplement (like this one). Shake thoroughly or blend. Orange creamsicle. What? Stop looking at me like that!

HWC? Heavy Whipping Cream? Handle with Care? Heavyweight Champion? Hazardous Waste Coordinator? I'm hoping its the cream one.

I like the Isopure Low- and Zero-Carb protein powders. They actually taste good - at least the ones I've tried.

Are the other message boards jealous that we have all the pretty people?

Hi Steph! Gay guy here, so out of place in this thread, but glad to see you all!

Please, I grew up in Colorado. Often. Have you ever participated in a winter sport wearing shorts/tank top or other very 'summery' clothes?
-
Many many times. Ever been 'intimate' with more than one other person at the same time?
