Day 6; Level 1 It is seriously tough:explode: , but I feel good and better. Not sure how Level 2 and Level 3 gona be - but if its Jillian, it has got to be a kick-*kitten* workout.. If you don't feel the pain, u will never rip the benefit :drinker:
