It really all depends. I myself love to stuff myself with a yummy 1800 plate just for dinner before!! So it is a sacrifice. It depends how many pounds you'd like to lose also. :)

Thanks. I am proud though with this 4 pounds off! Very! But I know its water weight. He is 5'8" 180 starting weight. Me 160 5'5" starting. Girls have all the fat on them. He, just got a smaller tummy too. Grrrr. Genetics haha :)

First week tracking, yes i am 160lbs. Goal is 110-115 and i am 5'5"! I do use scale I just wanted to know if my food intake is proper on losing wieght. I am on day 4 only on my diet.

Thanks for the sharing! It is soo tough. I've done the p90x. Its not that hard as insanity. My body is aching all over and before I start, do I have to do this? :( I get mad at myself too, but hey... if you start.. why stop? I already suiciding myself haha. :(

It's all in one session. I have no partner to go to classes. I'm pretty shy. And I do this at least 5x A week. Doing strength training seems cool, but i get tires easily with this. Like the actual weights. I don't want to be that bulky that's why. I want muscle to replace the fat, but sometimes to much muscle won't look…

There are excersizes in strength training that will make them in better shape. Can't name them, but they perk up the twins. I'm sure if they will downsize, they'll be a lot firmer then they would be at the moment. Mine I believe are shrinking but they are perking up. I like it better this way even if they would downsize…

I added twerking songs hhaha. Jk. Justin timberlake mega mixes are awesome. Some songs can push you through like I'm bringing sexy back, etc.
