I have the same issue! I am sometimes able to fool myself (and my sweet tooth) by having a sweet fruit like strawberries or clementines. I have not tried any but there are lots of low cal popsicle type items out there. My one cheat are the mini snickers bars, like they give out for halloween, to me they are 80 calories…
