Fantastic Job, a massive change I really like reading the stories of dedication from someone with a goal to achieve and something to aim for. Hope everything just continues to get better for you, good luck for the future although with your proven commitment I doubt you will need it.

On the original question, thanks to all for taking the time to reply and I appreciate the advice, I will try to follow some of the tips. Also I was just about to reply to confirm to people my "grammar" was in fact correct Although maybe it could be a pun, i.e. loose fat, meaning quite flabby :-) Thanks again.

Thanks all for the advice, will take it on board and see what I can do, only thing about the weight training is the difficulty getting to the gym at least 3 times a week would be virtually impossible with work etc....but will try. Also I find running is a release and I lose the stresses of the day so don't really want to…

When I say wasted Calories, I actually mean like alcohol that have nothing nutritional in them. Great Tips everyone, so appreciated. Hopefully I will have a broken plateau success in the near future.

Hi there, Thanks for the reply, I actually do use a HRM, but as you say the BMR maybe wrong. On here is says I have a BMR of 1,615 calories/day. I thought it may have been the wrong type of calories putting in, so this week really had a change of attitude and "went for it" Thanks for the advice anyway, really appreciate…

Thanks for the comments, and I understand we all go through plateaus, but how annoying. Good luck on your journey, must be great to finally brake a plateau, but 3 months, wow, and you kept on going, well done.
