Nah. My husband's work schedule during the school year is very hectic, so I usually eat dinner alone. I do burn calories fending off the trio of mutts in the house though.

I have an occasional meal replacement bar on a busy day. They help tide me over if I happen to miss breakfast or lunch at work.

It took being told I was diabetic and hypertensive before I took any big leaps into doing something about it. I went in for an ob/gyn checkup for the first time in 10 years. My blood pressure was 160/97. At 31 years old. The doc was afraid I was going to have a stroke! Sent me to an endocrinologist that very same afternoon.

Nope, primarily because I'm not on a diet. I also don't consider eating something I want to be cheating, as I usually work to make what I want fit into my calories, but if it doesn't, I don't go over my goals often enough to make a big difference.
