Most of my exercise is low-impact, like walking, of which I aim for around 25-30 minutes 4 to 5x a week. I try to keep my calories around 1400-1500, but I'm not worried if I go over by 100 or so. I exercise to mostly help with my blood pressure and blood sugar.

I don't share my cookies :noway:

Love this one  The only one I can think of is my ring bearer nephew covering his eyes while my new husband and I smootched.
-
Throw it away and accept the loss  oh my gosh, someone who shares my hatred.

We had a long engagement, plus I'd known him since high school. We've been married for 13 years, together for 21. There's never been anyone else for me, he's my one true love.

Fart in public!

You didn't put this weight on in just a few weeks, it's not going to come off in a few weeks. Slow and steady wins the race and helps you keep the weight off in the future.
-
I tend to add everything individually. I'll likely be off a little, so sometimes I'll add an additional 200 calories to the total.
-
Never, because it's none of my f***ing business. I know how much I weigh and what I look like naked, I'm fairly certain they're aware of their own weight and appearance. Having me point it out is redundant.

Go back and compare pictures of you 37lbs ago, and play spot the difference. You're going to see how far you've come!

Nut butters like peanut or almond butter, full-fat cheeses, red meat, pecans and walnuts, black beans (though higher in carbs, they're also high fiber), cottage cheese, full fat yogurt, eggs, avacados, olive oil, full fat cream cheese...

I like facial hair, as long as the part of the face he's keeping bare is clean-shaven. No stubbles :brokenheart:

Haven't watched the anime, but read the manga. Completely adorable!

Make it as big of a priority as you do any other daily activity. You have to find your biggest reason why you want to change, and remind yourself of it every day.
-
You may be changing too many things at once, and there will be a period of adjustment, especially when giving up a lot of sugar/caffeine. Keep going, you're on the right path, you've probably got about a week-10 days more of feeling like this before you'll notice a change.

A restaurant named Cheddars. The food was great, but the service sucked floppy donkey dong. That, and the bartending getting pissed at a customer and throwing a glass down in the sink and spraying said customer and his date with glass shards.

I lose weight easier when I restrict my carbs to about 100-120g a day.

Aw honey, so sorry :frown:

Not so much a reward as it is a goal, but we're planning a trip to Italy for our 15 year anniversary.

I give this thread a 2/10.

I was thinking the same thing; HOWEVER, I know this is a very personal choice and one you've likely put a lot of thought into, so best of luck! Don't forget to come back and post the after pics!

Video games. Oh wait, I do that now. I usually exercise at work during my breaks, so that my weekends and evenings are free to be lazy.
-
You have the right to like what you want. I found the Lego movie pretty funny, but I don't require a lot from movies to enjoy them.
-
Wow, it's like you read my diary. Self-saboteurs unite! :drinker:

Well, I'm 37, so apparently I haven't hit it yet.

Stress due to working 60-70 hour weeks because your work teammates aren't contributing, being extremely short-handed at work, trying to play mediator between my manager and the rest of the team, my grandma dying, a close co-worker dying, going onto year six of not being able to get pregnant, and having the ob/gyn want me…

Pfft...please. I married a drama queen. I'm the calm on in my relationship. And I hope I never mature. I still want to be making farty noises with my armpits when I'm in a nursing home.
