  • Your net calories are the calories you've eaten minus the calories you've burned while exercising. If you eat 1200 and burn 400 then your net calories are 800.

  • I drink mostly water and tea, the occasional soda and milk, and my skin has cleared up a lot. I feel hydrated and I get less cravings when I drink 8-15 cups of water a day and I have more energy.

  • I love avocados! I really like them mashed with a teaspoon of greek yogurt or creme fraiche per half avocado (or a bit of lemon juice) and a bit of salt, then spread on dark rye bread with some sliced ham. Yummy and filling :smiley:

  • I drink between 2 and 5 liters of water a day, depending on how thirsty I am and how often I'm craving food while I'm not actually hungry.   • 5'5.5" and I eat about 1000-1200 calories a day depending on how hungry I am and what is served at work. Sometimes I eat my exercise calories back, sometimes I don't. Just depends on what kind of day I'm having.
  • Definitely common. My last TOM my weight was 97.3kg the day before it started, then it went 97.8, 97.9, 97.9, 97.6, 97.3 and then 96.9 on the last day with 96.2 the day after that, and I'm on the pill. Some women lose a few pounds during TOM, other women gain a few pounds. Just hormones messing with us as usual.

  • I remove people who disappear for 30 days or more with no notice. It's not because I don't want to be friends with them but when I look through my friends list it's demotivating for me to see friends who seem to have given up, and it makes it more difficult for me to continue logging in every day myself.

  • Anyone can add me too! I've just started again but I really want to lose weight and more friends would make it much easier. I'm currently at 220lbs with a goal weight of 140-145lbs. I'm 5'5" ish.
