  • I would ask your doctor seeing as losing weight consists of getting your heart rate higher and I don't really see how you could do that with out risking getting breathless. You could try pilates and just focus on the upper part of your body. Good luck!

  • Try just drinking little amounts and I do mean little. Maybe just a swallow or two every half hour. If you can make yourself belch after drinking water that would help as well. Hope this helps.
