You don't need exercise to lose weight... You just need to eat at a deficit.

I just eat... like all day. I have a scheduled lunch at work so I usually eat more then and again when I get home in the afternoons. I guess those two would be meals and I basically snack ever hour or so on top of that. ETA: I usually don't start eating until I get to work in the morning so I really don't start my constant…

If it's a regular thing for work, I'd suggest changing your activity level rather than worrying about logging it each day.

In because this thread is going places. I might be too sensitive, but I think I can feel it.

Totally know what you mean. Here's my latest mentally fat moment- I walked by the mirror yesterday in my size 2 work pants and realized I needed to suck it in. THEN I realized how weird it was to feel fat while comfortably wearing a size 2 anything and especially after once comfortably fitting the same pants in a size 16.…

You need to weigh and measure your food. It's that simple. If you think you're eating over and you're not weighing, you're probably eating a LOT over.

I like liquor in my diet drinks...

When I felt like I was in a constant state of GI distress.

If I log the day before, it doesn't really mess with my head. I already have my day planned, food ready, macros worked out... No big deal. This is the norm for my weekdays since I bring my breakfast and lunch to work. I plan it, I bring it, I'm stuck with it unless I really want to go out of my way to deviate and go out…

I still eat all the junk food and sugary things, but fruit would be a good runner up if you don't mind that sugar... Because, well, fruit...

For me the next day is bad, the day after that is the worst, then the soreness starts to go away. Just remember... There's a difference between soreness and pain. You don't need to stop doing exercises just because you're sore.

Don't use creamer? If you don't want sugar or artificial sweeteners, you might just try a little milk instead of all the flavored stuff.

Me either :grumble:

I never had a sweet tooth or really cared for breads until I lost the weight... Now I crave and eat the stuff all the time. The "healthier" way to eat this this stuff is really just to practice moderation and make it fit into your day. I've found that a turkey burger does just the same for me as a regular burger and is way…

Don't.

Invest in a good food scale.

Are you weighing and measuring everything?
-
Not sure. You could use the database to guestimate those ingredients. If I were you I'd weigh the ingredients and figure it up once for reference, then either make it a recipe or just quick log it after that. It wouldn't be completely accurate, but if you're really just eating a small portion of a few veggies every night…

You're brave. I'm just here to spectate

I have an Ozeri. Probably around $15-20... got it on Amazon probably close to 2 years ago and it's still working just fine.

Cool Runnings and Forest Gump were the only two I could think of and that just made me feel even worse about my poor movie trivia knowledge :blushing: I feel better now that I know I'm not alone...

I can't think of a single movie I've ever seen that was about running. *Mind blown*

Hahaha!! I love your train of thought :flowerforyou:

I'm definitely not a morning person, but I know I'm less likely to exercise after work. I just force myself to get up and get it done. It's gotten easier with time, but I don't think I'll ever enjoy getting up hours before I'm being paid to be awake and productive.
