I would put on a workout video (DVD or fitnessblender.com), walk up/down my stairs, jump rope, lift weights, or play with my Xbox Kinect.

Tips I've heard... look up the menu (even if there's no nutritional info) ahead of time if possible order water, unsweetened tea, or diet soda skip the bread, appetizers, & desserts order salads w/out croutons & cheese with a low or no fat dressing on the side shoot for a grilled meat with a side of veggies immediately box…

Personal preference. I exercise in the morning because I'm too lazy to do it when I get off work in the afternoons.

I strongly encourage you to discuss these symptoms with the doc that put you on this diet. There's a difference between just being tired (normal) and being dizzy and in pain (not normal).

I made a list of random things I hated about being fat and this was totally on it! I was irritated that I couldn't comfortably wrap a regular size bath towel around myself. No. I lost over 70 pounds and each time my weight loss started to drastically slow, I'd INCREASE my intake and the weight would start dropping again.

I get like this with bananas. I'll love them, eat them every day, then they'll suddenly I can't finish a whole banana without gagging (insert jokes here). I'll be like that for a day or two and then I'm totally fine with bananas again. Really weird.
