I've lost over 70 lbs and still have a hard time seeing it in the mirror sometimes. I don't know why, but I think I look smaller in pictures than in the mirror. Do you take progression pics or measurements? If not, you might consider starting. I didn't and I regret it. You're doing great :flowerforyou: Don't be discouraged!

Typically sugar free.

Get fitted and buy really good bras :ohwell:

Nope. My BF and our parents know that I weigh everything and are always very accomodating and encouraging. In fact, his parents decided to buy a food scale the last time they stayed with us because they see how well I'm doing with my weight loss and want to do the same. And that's a bonus for me because I don't have to…

Chips, salsa, & plain nonfat greek yogurt.

Mind your own business... please?

And add chocolate! Just for good measure...

I record my weight weekly.

We usually spend our Sundays grilling meats for the week. This weekend I went a little nuts and ended up making a ton of food... crustless spinach quiche, green bean casserole, bacon ranch pasta salad, breakfast pies, black beans & rice, and chicken. I'm not usually that prepared, but my lunches are going to be ah-maze-ing…

I lost an average of 1.4 lbs a week for a year (the last six months were a lot slower than the first) and notice some sagging skin on my upper arms and legs, but not a lot. Nothing that I'm really unhappy with or anything. I don't know that working out through the weight loss would've made a difference there, but I don't…

Protein bar.

This. I'd change your activity level settings rather than logging it as exercise.

Turkey & cheese omelet is my fav lately... Don't know how much protein you're trying to get, but I typically get 90-100+ daily and my diary is open. Feel free to snoop for ideas.

I don't remember what I weighed through high school, but I do remember weighing 130 pounds for a physical I had in maybe the 7th grade. I also remember I was between 140-145 when I joined the AF at 18. Got up to 206.8 and now I've been maintaining around 130 since October. Weird to think this is really the smallest I've…

I've been maintaining for almost 8 months by tracking calories (did WW for a year before that). At this point, I can't imagine not logging my food. It's just too easy to log everything and to maintain my weight while doing so. Seems like a no-brainer. I've toyed with the idea of possibly stopping counting and only starting…

Protein bar and a bag of Jolly Time Blast O Butter popcorn :drinker: The popcorn is a Thursday morning tradition here at work.

I'd see a doc, but I might be overcautious with the preexisting injuries I've got. If you're not ready to take that step... Make sure you're stretching properly and getting plenty of ankle support. You may to change your form or shoes. Might also need more support with a simple insert, wrap or brace. Don't take a pain…

My fluctuations typically look like this... Monday: weigh in Tuesday: up Wednesday: up more Thursday: up more Friday: starts to come back down Saturday: down more Sunday: usually the lowest Monday: up from Sunday, but back down or under previous Monday The only difference between maintenance and weight loss is that I'm in…

I've sort of fallen into the same mentality... Aside from a few fitness videos here and there, I haven't really lifted any weights in over a month. I've been on a running kick since the weather has warmed up. I'm trying to just go with the flow and do the exercises that keep me entertained at the time. For me, there's no…

I like thinkThin and they're sugar free. I've tried chunky peanut butter and white chocolate so far... both good.

I'd sub plain nonfat greek yogurt for the cream cheese and use weight watchers mexican shredded cheese on top!

It's not "caving" if you plan for it. If you want a snickers (or maybe a mini) just make it fit into your day. You'll just drive yourself crazy if you deprive yourself of the foods that you love! I never had a sweet tooth UNTIL I lost all the weight :grumble: Now I'm constantly on the prowl for chocolate and candy.…
