Congrats :drinker: Keep it up!

I don't have to exercise, but I do. I enjoy it and the benefits.

Love it! I remember being surprised when I came home from work to find my SO was cooking me a nice dinner and he already had all the nutritional info figured for me :smooched: He does this every time he cooks now and I couldn't appreciate it more!

I'm on a water pill for my blood pressure and I still held onto a lot of water when I started exercising again. If that didn't touch my water retention, I doubt an OTC diuretic would do much for you in this case either. Honestly, my best advice is to let your body work things out. It's doing what it's supposed to.

I don't. I drink water during or right after and I typically don't eat until a couple hours later when I'm all cleaned up and at work.

I recently got rid of my cheapo bike/elliptical trainer and am currently on the market for a nice treadmill.

I'm 5'5" and started at 206.8. Got down to 132.4 after a year and have maintained about 7 months now. Should be able to see pics in my profile.

I'd just agree with him for now to drop the subject and reassess things when you get closer to that weight.
-
Congrats! You look fantastic!

What an amazing transformation!! Keep up the great work :flowerforyou:

I take my multivitamins and a couple of Tums for calcium daily. I'll work in some protein powder on days that my food alone doesn't quite get me to my protein goal.
-
Nice work! You look great!
-
That's too funny
-
That's what I do...

I've been cooking up a few days or week's worth of breakfast stuff so I can grab and go in the mornings. I'll have eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, etc., already portioned out and tracked... Then I just grab that and a tortilla or bread, head to work, and throw it in the nuker for a minute.
-
Definitely. It took a few weeks for my weight to settle back down after implementing exercise. You're headed in the right direction... It'll just take the scale a little while to catch up with you!

I really like the Special K cracker chips and Fiber One brownies.

Running up/down my stairs has my main alternative to running outside. If you're into videos, fitnessblender.com is pretty good.

No :noway:
-
Nope.

I'm also for the above.

I lost about 75 lbs total and went from an Old Navy pant size 14-16 to 2. That said, I didn't really start dropping sizes until I'd lost the first 35 ish lbs or so. Seemed like an eternity before I started needing new clothes, then like I was constantly having to replace them!

I swear by Polar.

I drink coffee every morning.
-
Sadly, this.

Took me a year to get from 206.8 to 132.4 and I've been in maintenance since October. Lost a few more pounds in the process of figuring out my maintenance and have stayed mostly on the under side of 130 lately. I'm good with that.

Body Fortress from Walmart.

Is your urine clear? You're getting enough.
