Congrats!

Do you weigh and measure everything?
-
What? No. OP, skip breakfast if you want to skip breakfast. Meal timing is irrelevant.
-
That's wonderful! Congrats!

Height: 5'5" SW: 206.8 lbs (10/1/12) GW: 132.4 lbs (9/30/13) CW 131.4 lbs (2/2/15) Some pics in profile, but never did dedicated progress photos.

Just depends on your body. I'm 5'5" around 130 and I maintain on 1800 net. Try 1760 for a few weeks and see if you lose. If you don't, bump it down a little.

The scale isn't the only method of measuring results! How do you feel, look, fit into your clothes? Is your fitness improving? And if you just started, don't expect overnight results. You didn't gain 40 pounds in a week... It's not going to come off that fast either.

Food is food... It's all okay. As long as you're within your calories, rock on!
-
I'm a big fan of all the Skinny Cow products, ice cream or otherwise!

Weigh your food and log it. Calories in vs calories out.
-
Then what happens with you start drinking again next month?? You've obviously been successful with weight loss so you know what to do... Get back to the basics, lose that 10 pounds again, and don't get so comfortable next time :)
-
<--- lost 75 pounds while still consuming ridiculous amounts of diet soda calories in vs calories out
-
THIS is brilliant. OP, you said you made a lifestyle change and she didn't... Now you're blaming her lifestyle for your relationship problems. Does not compute.

Eggs, eggs, eggs.

Don't know how to help you, but I definitely envy you. This looks awesome. Good luck and enjoy!

I switched from skim milk to unsweetened almond milk. Half the calories. I don't drink it plain, but I do have it with chocolate syrup or cereal.

Moderation, my friend.

This scares me. I got a fitbit for xmas and the calories come in a couple hundred under my actual maintenance calories each day (that I've maintained on for the last year). I've been reading that it's supposed to get more accurate as I wear it, so I'm hoping the numbers will start to even out... I'm getting hungry over…

Go home, Pearl.

I'm 5'5" 27yo and I maintain around 130 lbs on 1800 net calories/day.
-
It appears that you are not weighing your food. You may be eating more than you think. ETA: Also found either incomplete or just really low calorie days. Not sure what's going on there, but you should strive to log accurately and definitely eat more than 500-1000 calories a day.
-
This, as long as you're still logging.
-
I usually just get the fajita strips because they're already cut up, use jalapeno juice or some dry seasonings, and it's good to go. Just grab the leanest looking meat you can find... It's really hard to make an "unhealthy" beef jerky.

Eating at a deficit doesn't require ridiculous amounts of money. And if you do it right, you can get your nutrition from food instead of vitamins or other supplemens.
-
No tricks. Assuming you've been losing weight in a healthy manner, all you can do is be patient and keep doing what you're doing! :flowerforyou:

You look AMAZING!! Congrats :flowerforyou:
