• YES!!!!! I was on Ortho-Tricyclen Lo and its generic and I definitely saw weight gain, and I'm willing to bet it would have made loosing weight difficult (I wasn't trying to loose weight then).

• We are big fans of Spaghetti Squash! As a treat (and when we have the extra calories), I mix it with a small amount of brown sugar and butter...so yummy, even my 3 year old asks for more!
