I'm 5'5 1/2, and can't imagine ever getting to 115. I'm shooting for 150, then maybe 135. I'd be happy to be a size 10.

I agree with many others that you aren't eating enough! Try getting close to your suggested calories, and be sure to log your exercise and eat those calories. Hang in there! 9 lbs in 2 weeks was a huge loss I've lost 9 in about 5 weeks.

I'm a big fan of coconut oil. I have Lupus, and I've been told it helps fight inflammation. I like it in smoothies!

I just like to have a container of soup in the fridge to eat when I'm hungry. I make a minestrone, with tomato sauce, tons of veggies: carrots, celery, onions, garlic, cabbage, frozen mixed veggies, and just one or two potatoes (small). I also add a little pasta, FF broth. I'm 5'5" and started at 195...I do just fine at 1200. After the first couple days at least! ;) It's a lifestyle change, so I didn't adjust overnight. And some days I want to eat more, so I exercise more. (I do cardio at least 5 times a week) If I don't workout, I don't eat anything over 1200.
