This is great to see/read! I have a similar starting weight (205) and I'm only down 10 pounds, but I'm noticing inches moreso than the number on the scale. It seems to start out on my limbs-fingers are thinner, wrists, ankles, etc. Now if it would only make it's way to my hips/belly!!! You look great!!!

I hear ya! I've been working out 5+ days a week since January, and while I'm losing, it's coming off the waist S-L-O-W-L-Y. Frustrating. I, too, could probably clean up the diet a little. I stick to 1200 calories, and I'm doing Chalean Extreme, with walk/jogging at least 3 days a week. I started in January. I can *feel* my…

I'm 5'5", and have lost 17 pounds so far. I started at 195. I started Jan. 17th. I started by just doing the elliptical and walking. In March I started Chalean Extreme. I work out 6 days a week.

I listen to a lot of classic rock! Quiet Riot, The Scorpions, Skid Row (ok, 90's here). All get me moving! Journey, Boston, etc

Ditto. Some days I am fine with some left, other days I am starving. Yesterday I had nearly 400 left! Today, I made myself eat a granola bar to use up some. (these are workout calories, mind you.) When I have only 1200, I eat those babies!!!
