  • Sounds like he may just have an odd sense of humor. Not sure why no more than 2000 calories, but I am not doc. I would trust your instinct and if you feel a need for second opinion, don't hesitate to get one :)
  • Something with higher protein content but lower calories...i think someone posted about peanut butter..maybe half a pb sandwich? Carbs + protein to keep you satisfied.
  • I try to keep my mind and body busy when I get "stuck" on eating. It helps sometimes, but it seems like when my cycle is about to start it is the worst and hardest to control. I also use fresh squeezed lemon in water ever day, which seems to suppress my appetite some. Hope this can be of help :D I don't precalculate or try…
