I had an oppostie effect with digestive enzymes..the bloating was really bad. I too have had constipation problems. Prunes are working great with me!! ..I eat 5 pitted prunes every evening. Hope this helps :)

i was on low carb for 8 years...wasted my life !!! went from 218lbs to 101lbs...now i am at 160lbs...my insides changed. never never will i do that to myself again.

Hello whisper....I bloat easily as well. After a meal, drinking water, and especially when I am menstruating. I look totally different when I sit !! That’s why I never sit in pics. I always admire the ladies that can sit and still be flat.

A certified nutritionist suggested I eat 1200 calories, MFP says the same thing...considering my age (45) and my height (5ft)...no exercise.....are you saying I should be getting a second opinion? ....maybe yours?

Im indian and if you dont make it yourself you are looking at alot of hidden calories. Stay away from the curries ...cream,butter,... usually the apps will be fried. Go with the bbq ground beef (kebab) or tandoori chicken. Basmati rice, salad. Enjoy :)

I had 3 weeks when I first started where I was working out, eating right, and actually GAINED a pound. Really??gained a pound ..three weeks?..wow..thats great to hear..so all I need is patience?? Ive got that! thank you for the encouragment.

How long ago did you up your carbs? How many pounds have you gained back? I would expect to gain about 5 pounds transitioning from low carb just from glycogen. On the low carb plan, I went from 218 lbs to 97lbs...Have been doing it for 8 years. I found myself always hungry and could eat like 2 men!! I am at 160lbs now…

i was on the low carb for about 8 years. The weight is slowly creeping back. Its been 2 weeks on mfp and havent gained any weight suprisingly cause im eating everything i want...bananas !!!!! havent tasted that fruit in 8yrs !!! hoping you are right...thank you.

You may be right...mind you I get to eat what my heart desires, feeling satisfied and not gaining weight!! That’s definitely a great thing. I am measuring but not weighing...will get one a sap. Thank you all for time and encouragement

2 weeks...yes i know not long...im not expecting to lose huge amounts right away..a pound or two would be great. If this takes time..i have it..but i see that i am the only one with no loss at all.
