You can also try doing shakeology if your body doesnt allow you to get enough adequate exercise to actually lose weight. It will cost you but its worth it!

awesome, thanks for your input. Youve lost a ton of weight, so I will definitely take your advice! Im gonna start working out first thing in the AM next week. Plus its better cuz theres no one else awake to bother or interrupt me! :-)

I dont run either, not cuz I cant but cuz I dont want to. Although I do run back and forth between 2 chairs in my living room for 20 mins (great workout). You CAN lose weight by walking if you just speed up your walking speed a bit. My suggestion would be to do aerobics at home either on video or on youtube. and STRENGTH…

Some days I find I struggle just to reach the 1200 calorie mark and sometimes I am over. I have no idea how much calories Im burning doing the workouts that I do (just an estimate) but I do find that staying under the 1200 calorie range helps to lose weight faster. Dont let that get you down. Just work out for an extra 10 or 15 mins or more the next day, you will feel better. You wont ruin your whole program just by cheating once. I think one cheat day a month is okay. Just dont continue to do it everyday. If you get yourself back on track the next day you will feel better and work…
