One does not simply gain weight from one bad day of eating. Youre probably going to have several days where you "slip" I wouldnt worry about it just enjoy yourself then get back on track the next day!!!

Those are horrible things to say to somebody, those questions do not even deserve a response. I would cut the people who are asking those underhandedly cutting things out of my life completely and if i wasnt able to I would cut the talking with them about my weight loss to a bare minimum

I think walking is an amazing form of cardio. You can strap on your headphones and enjoy it while you burn a crap load of calories. I combine walking with aerobics and weight lifting and it does the trick. I cannot run or do those intense workouts that people are always saying you need to do in order to lose weight because…

I think it does have a lot to do with it because the more you sleep the more energy you have to workout plus when you're asleep you are not eating calories.

I do find weight lifting helps tone your body and Idk why people are saying they dont lift weights cuz they only have 5 pound weights.
