  • This concept does not sound healthy to me. 2 teaspoons a salt a day is supposed to be your total salt intake from all the food you've eaten. Sounds like a bad idea to take in that entire amount from salt water before you even eat. Also, salt leads to water retention which would be defeating your attempts at weight loss.
