I lost 100lbs, maintained for 4 years, and now have crept back up almost 50.....So getting back to that 100lb loss is my goal. I'm a titch older at 38, and not a gamer, but I like reading and am of the quirky sort.

Same! Was down 100lbs, now sitting at 54. Back to tightening up weighing and measuring. I got sloppy.

Are you still around? I have a very similar story, and wondered where you are at now. Started at 225, went to 130, maintained, and the creep over the last 2 years has me back at 165.

I started at 215, got to 130, maintained for a year and a bit. Gained 25lbs back, looking head back down. I am 5'3.5".Life long yo-yo'er, like weight watchers lifetime member by 13. Feel free to add me!

I had a tummy tuck after maintaining 80lbs down and a lifetime of obesity ll. Best decision ever. Recovery is tough, but doable (I have 3 kids with autism too) Just research your surgeon well and follow after care instructions. Stay in top of meds before pain (dont try and be a hero) and rest. Good luck with your choice.

5'3 was 210, now 138. Working to get to 129 but I have been at this last 10 pounds for a year, so I needtoget my self in gear.

I didnt read it all yet, but a few pieces of equipment our gym has that are a little different (compared to the other gyms on the area) and very popular are the variable rope pull, the curve manual treadmill, jacobs ladder machine, lateralx trainer, single spin bike with a virtual class. The free weight equipment, that is a…

Good luck! Stay on track, set some realistic goals, and you'll get there.

Sw 210 Cw 138 February 133 Ultimate goal 129 I've been to 132, and have maintained 135-140 for almost a year. Still trying to get that last bit off, but seem to have found my maintenance calories.

Thats great. My girls have 'chewlery', though their pendants are an elephant and an oreo cookie. They dont like it around the neck, but love to swing it back and forth. Sofia always has a "friend" or usually 2 (once it was a Styrofoam egg. It came to swimming lessons......) Everyone flaps and rocks, to various degrees,…

Total BLT er here. I have 3 picky kids, and a snack attack issue. I set my calories 200 lower than my actual deficit goal, and try to be mindful of the actual numbers going in. I'm lazy and love just a taste of stuff.

Feeling all accomplished after spending 20 minutes perfecting my calorie/macro/menu situation for the day, I read this and remembered I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookie dough in the freezer. Had. I don't have it anymore.....Anyone have an extra 300 or so calories? (Double confession: I didn't weigh it first

Thanks for the reply! We like to think our kids know they are perfect the way they are, but every one is always learning, and sometimes we learn things differently (thats a great thing!) Our kids use indirect echolalia, and most of their scripts are being transferred to very appropriate situations, so the words in context…

I have 3 kids with ASD, 2 are non verbal. My 9 year old is just starting to use an IPAD to share some of her wants. She has a few words and phrases that have meaning to us. We have a hope that she will eventually be able to type some of her thoughts and feelings. Our 3 year old is starting to echo some, but no functional…

I wish there was somethg like that close to me! Your tracking sounds about right. I dont think once a week will make a big impact on you overall trending weight if you are a little off. Have fun!

Maybe they were admiring your boobs ;)

I've got 3 with ASD, it is so completely consuming. I confess I get irrationally resentful when I'm around "typical " kids / families for very long. I also confess that when I try to prioritize me, the guilt is so overwhelming that it holds me back. (Joining a gym? A dream, but time and money for me? Never.)

How did you make the dive in to the lifting and fitness lifestyle? Was it a gym membership, or particular program that got you started? (At 5"3, I went from 210 to currently 130. I've been following a progressive lifting program at home, with some running here and there. I really want to go to the next left of athletic…

My goal is to do one for fun and the experience one day. I'm already 31 and far from ready.

I have 3 ASD kids. They are my life, the joy and stress. My 10 yo is high functioning, with anxiety and sensory issues My 8 year old is considered low functioning, non verbal and just getting toilet trained. She can be aggressive and self injurious. My 3 yo is somewhere in the middle, with greater than one year delay in…

I am finding the smaller amount more difficult.. I lost ~75 lb. 65 in the first year, 10 over the last 12 months. Less room for error, lower calorie need.

I like the Fitbit zip. It's a clip rather than a wrist band.(My preference for accuracy) It tracks steps, distance, calories well, but not sleep or heart rate. It is much cheaper than fancier models and you still get to do challenges with friends.

Bump for fun. I love everything you mentioned, and added roller skating in recently. Want to try indoor rock climbing soon

My newsfeed isn't too active these days! Would love some friends . Been hanging around 135-140 since November. I'm 31, 5'3" Sw 210 Cw 136 Gw 129

I just had my conult and will be having a tummy tuck too, probably in Sept. I have been overweight my whole life, and I have had big 3 c-section babies. I have lost/maintained ~75 lbs down, and my poor skin is sad and droopy! Any advice for the months leading up to/ just after the procedure? I'm scared but super excited.

Hi everyone! I started at 210, and hovering between 135-140 now. I've only lost 8lbs total in the last year, so I guess I'm actually in maintenance. I do want to be firmly in the 130-135 range but won't drop my calories any lower. You can do it! One day, one meal, one minute at a time.
