I hear you! I turn 30 in a month or so an for some reason it is hitting me hard, so I started a lifestyle change. I'm 5'3. SW (August 2014) 202 CW 173 GW 150 (Ultimate 135)

Add me if you like! At 5'3 my start weight was 202, current 178, first goal is 150. I also have 3 kids, but don't work outside the house (2 kids have autism and other is a babe, so lots of work!) Need someone to be a cheerleader , and I'll do the same !

Level 2 just kicked my smug level 1s butt. Can even do most of the workout , but I'all stick with it. Someone check on me in a few days to see if I made it put the other side!

I don't know if you are being sarcastic. I am fat and I jog outside. I do see mostly ft people running, and the little wave or nod makes me feel like part of the club!

I lost 25 lbs on my 5'3 frame and can't tell at all, except I have pancake boobs and bum now. I look disproportionate and flabby rather than my former curvey self. I got a used copy and started yesterday . Can someone give me an outline? Do you do level 1 for a period of time (a week) and then go to level 2, or is it set up as "days" where you just keep moving forward each time?

How is it meant to work? Do you repeat level 1 for a week and move n to 2 and so on? Or do you just keep going with the DVD after you finish 1?

I'm 5.3 and started at 201.5lbs, about to hit the big (though maybe smaller!?) 3-0 years! Thanks for your info and pics. I just started some modest weight training and I want to love running, as one of my goals is to jog a 5k.

How does everyone tone up so much? I have lost 21lbs on my 5.3 frame and nobody noticed yet, and my clothes are about the same. I do cardio/ some weight training. Need to see/feel some changes!
