i just started shakeology.....i have the chocolate and added cherries and greek yogurt ......i also do the wowbutter which turnes it in a chocolate and pb shake.....so yummy....i am getting the tropical berry next month

You could add cinnamon to the grounds of our coffee before brewing. Maybe that will be enough sweetness to just add some half and half. The fat free stuff is only 10 calories per tablespoon. Love Unsweetened tea!!! does the heavy cream sweeten it enough.... thinking of switching to a flavored coffee with heavy cream to get the light flavor i love waking up too i am an avid passion tazo tea unsweetened from starbucks drinker.... i buy the ice brew bags for home......

walmart has their own brand look in the desert isle, i love them, you can also freeze the fresh berries you buy....i have blue berry bushes and pick once a week and freeze

I would say try muscle confusion. 15 minute cardio with weight training ever other day one on the non- weight training 60 minutes for cardio/core stuff...... for bad carpel tunnel days dead weight stuff ( single leg squats, lawn mowers, arm circles, ect) I was surprised how much it worked just using my own body weight…
