I cook my potatoes in the microwave, lol. I know, I know...lazy! I make yukon gold ones though and they are so good. I can't wait to try this.

Bumping this because I know at some point I may consider it although I hate pain, had c-sections with horrible recovery. Anyone who had in the last few months?

Could I have that recipe please! :)

It's Friday and it's someone's first post. Throw away acct to get some laughs by trolling? I'm curious lol

I'm jealous. Except for the mushy peas.

Going to make a quick pizza on an Udi's gluten-free crust (turns out very thin). Going to put spinach, fresh basil, thin sliced tomato and pineapple on it. MMmm. Can't wait.

Everyday I pretty much eat 30g (.33 c) of large flake oats with 5g psyllium husk ground, add in some cinnamon, touch of brown sugar and I eat most of my fruit in this part of the day (for no particular reason). I have been having homemade stewed rhubarb and sliced strawberries or blueberries mixed in, or berries and a half…

I don't care about organic. We shop according to cost due to budget.

What about some meringues? I like the grilled peaches idea, or balsamic strawberries etc. A few different fruit ideas would be nice.

6 years smoke-free, so far 26 pounds lost so far. I would recommend replacing the "need" thing that will pop into your head with something else. Like a walk,, 10 mins of stretching , etc. You need tools to fight the urges. You CAN do this. Allen Carr's Easy way to quit smoking book was pretty good too.

The first issue, in my opinion, is that you consider and label this binging. Stop using the term binging when it doesn't apply. Binging has severe negative connotations and implications. Do not replace snacking, mindless eating, noshing with the term binging as this is not binging. Start reframing mindset to not use such a…

Wow! Some great ideas. Am I the only one really craving a delicious potato salad now? haha. Mmmm. I never thought about greek yogourt. I could try a few different tastes-half and half. The pickle, radish, or grainy mustard sounds really good in it. Again, mmmm....

Absolutely go on a FODMAP diet. It is the most recommended. Remember that items that are not fodmaps can be gut irritants as well though (coffee, alcohol, chocolate, etc). I went from feeling like death and not leaving the house to almost immediate improvement on the diet. Be strict with elimination. PM if you need help :)

What the heck! I want that. Right now. Brilliant.

Thank you for the wonderful advice. So many great tips, and points to consider. I fear I will get tired of logging, weighing. It's happened with multiple other new things in my life (I have adhd so it's fairly typical). Figuring out what strategies might work for me is key I think. Thank you so much for all this. Coming…

bahahaha hilarious. My current crap sports bra makes my tatas really odd stuck together in a tube sort of thing. lol. I need a sports bra that is 38 or 40 and it's hard to find those. Not sure my cup size anymore. Thinking I might go see bra fitter. The link posted about reddit bra fitting or whatever it was -was a huge…

Thanks for all the tips! It feels very....overwhelming,lol.

But, you do like chocolate. I have switched to dark chocolate and fit in a few pieces a night instead of eating tons. This way I don't feel deprived and binge later on.

I have issues with my TMI. I get ravenous a few days after it as well-always two full days crazy hungry. Hard time exercising (moving at all). I'm considering a switch to maintenance for one week perhaps to reduce my anxiety around the whole time and focus on the other three weeks or so a month. If I end up with a deficit…

WOW! You have done very well. The progress pic is pretty amazing. So much change already. Oh, I have to add that I'm jealous of your lawns/home. I absolutely love that rock style on the buildings. We don't have that here. Post more pics! lol

I think nice card and something like a gift card.

I quit smoking in 2009 by taking Champix which is Canada's version of Chantix. As someone desperate to quit but also had history of depression and anxiety-I should not have ever been put on it. I was sick (so much that I didn't even pick a quit date-I just stopped smoking like 5 days after going on it from severe nausea).…

It took me about three weeks. Clothes felt different, my face slimmed out more. Now 3 months later is when I'm starting to really notice differences (-26lbs).

Hi Op, I've been on here since April and have set my weight loss goals to be 1 lb per week. I am 5'2 and started at 204. It's three months later and I've lost 25 lbs. It worked out to be about 1.75lbs per week and that could be that I have added walking on top of that, just moving more. I think trying to adjust your weight…

Yes, this. Thank you.

Yes, absolutely. I've been dealing with knee, hip, and buttock pain as well as just above the kneecap (quad? tendon?) only on one leg. My gait is wonky, and one leg sort of swings out. I think I have a pelvic tilt causing it but unsure. Been walking fast and starting to jog but keep wondering if I am doing worse for my leg…

I have been looking for awhile now but I don't have the "top boob" part so much :( Nothing is fitting me. I'm anti lulu because they refuse to make anything larger than a 12 (before they did a 14 but not anymore as far as I know) because of their brand appearance (on thinner people)...groan. Thanks for posting the thread…

Bahahaha. I nursed three kids. Yes, I know what you mean "long" haha

I'm going to take this as direct advice. I have a bunk leg so to speak...I need someone to evaluate it-did you see anyone about it?
