  • i like to pack nuts and dried fruit. Protein bars, fruit, and sandwiches are great choices too. Don't forget to bring water. I don't know how far you're going to hike, but I usually bring a liter for every 5 miles. It's getting hot out where I live and I sweat a lot. Have fun! :smile:
