I like protein bars as a quick on-the-go snack when I need to get some protein in. I don't buy ones that have substantially more sugar than protein, and I generally look for a "clean" ingredient list. My favorites are Oatmega bars and ThinkThin. PowerCrunch is pretty good too.

- Dannon Light & Fit. 80cal, 12g protein. Sweetened with sucralose - Yoplait 100cal varieties. Also has sucralose - Siggi's Icelandic skyr yogurt. Pricey, but delicious and has very "clean" ingredients. I love the vanilla one.

I just came back from a long trip in Germany, and I brought a lot of chocolate with me, stuff you can't get here! - Lindt blueberry lavender - Lindt nougat - Ritter Sport varieties: espresso, strawberry vanilla wafer, macadamia nut, + lots more I like to check out the…

Chick-Fil-A Grilled Market Salad. Spring mix base with blue cheese, strawberries, blueberries, green apple pieces, and sliced chicken breast. Comes with nuts, granola, and dressing on the side. It's very expensive but I get it when I'm in a rush and don't have lunch/dinner with me.

- Salad. Pick your favorite base of leafy greens, add in whatever veggies appeal to you, fruit if you like, avocado, protein source (I like precooked chicken breast but you can also add salmon, beef jerky, bacon, eggs, etc), add-ins like flax/seeds/nuts, dressing and you're done. - Sandwiches - Wraps made with tortillas or…

Chick-fil-A Grilled Market salad. I always add the nuts and granola but skip the dressing. Comes with grilled chicken, arugula mix, blueberries, strawberries, and blue cheese. Delish!

I thought I hated Greek yogurt, but I was just eating the wrong kind. A lot of the flavored ones have tons of sugar, but my favorite lower-sugar ones are Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt, Yoplait 100cal Greek yogurt, Siggi's yogurt, and the 2% Fage fruit varieties (16g sugar). Dannon and Yoplait don't have the sour cream…

You said you like pizza, so what about making a "healthy" pizza with some veggies on top? I like buying small round flatbreads and then putting my favorite tomato sauce, low fat cheese, and a couple veggies (green bell pepper, red onion, olive, mushroom) on top. You could put tiny tiny pieces of the veggies and then cover…

My mother is from Germany and I've been there about eight times, with a stay of about a month each time, since I was born. We always stay with my grandmother, so I'm sure the diet of younger Germans is different, but this is just what I have experienced. Breakfast is always some kind of bread that is fresh from the bakery-…

I love Chick-fil-a's Grilled Market Salad. It's 180 without dressing or the granola and nuts that come in a little side pack, but I usually add the granola and nuts (not the dressing which is 230cal), coming out to 320 calories. The salad has blue cheese, arugula, strawberries, blueberries, lettuce, grilled chicken, and…

Plain Greek yogurt, even the full fat kind. All of it tastes like curd to me. Quest bars. I've tried a few and they left an awful chemical after taste in my mouth. Papayas are the only fruit that I truly despise. It tastes how skunks smell. I've tried eating avocados every which way... plain with salt and lemon, guacamole,…
