  • You might be gaining muscle muscle weighs more than fat and muscle burns calories... Are you logging everything and measuring properly also making sure items you log are correct before accepting?

  • Just a suggestion I haven't actually done it but Jillian Michaels has many DVD's and I noticed a Kettle ball on the back of one the other day You might just have to look next time your at Walmart for it... Her workouts are tough though

I've told so many people who want to lose weight they need to try this MFP and only one of my actual friends has made an account and is on here but everyone else has been so supportive and has really helped me through my 13 days yea I'm still sorta new on here but I love MFP! Hope we can celebrate victorys…
