You know it's wrong and it's only hurting your body... try to make healthier choices and cut down the portions so your not over eating learn when you feel misrable when you over eat to learn from that feeling not to do it again the next time... Don't purge please

I don't know of any miracle belly Banishing workouts I'd suggest any ab workouts to help but I bought this $5 Golds Gym sweat belt at walmart and it seems to help pull a lot of sweat from my midsection if worn directly on your skin I love it it's a must now when I exercise

what she said.........I think there are many theories on that point. I have been eating most of my exercise calories and still losing, some say eat them all, some say don't eat any. Mostly, I think we each need to figure out what works for us. MFP makes that a little easier with all the tracking. " LIKE"
