Day 3 and still on track!

So, I am still new at this, but it's day 3 and I am doing great! A little disappointed in my overage of calories yesterday...but still better than the old me. I am from South Jersey, and I have adopted the Nike slogan like my own...JUST DO IT!

    once you have been doing this a bit longer, your eyes will be opened at possibly what you thought was a healthy choice, is really not. Really eye opening the first week or so at how many calories some of the foods you eat are.
