lol I edited my post I don't know how many times lol :) I'm 5'2 we're pretty close then I was 115 or so back in the day I say right now I'd be happy to be 130 something

I like the JM Vanilla not so much the chocolate I like to add a banana milk 1tsp sugar & Ice I've added frozen blueberries That's good too... I tried adding yogurt I didn't like that to much? It's trial and error I never thought about oats? or that key lime or Pina colada I just migh have to try that and doing water…

It's important to eat your excersize calories to fuel your body! When I fist saw ppl say this I hesitated but after trial and error I was able to lose more doing this! I have 7 days left of the Shred and I've lost 15lbs and 2 pant sizes

She hit the nail right on the head! Doing this has allowed me to drop weight faster & I get to eat those excersize calories and not feel bad about it!

Multi Grain Cherrios, Life, Fiber One has some New cereals that are good I think that Kelloggs Fiber plus would be yummy & Filling!

IdK I always see the banner on the net saying foods to avoid and a picture of a banana right there but face it There are far worse things out there than a banana! I Have a nanner in my protien Shake after a workout & haven't had any problems yet!

I agree with a lot of what everyone else has said make sure your fueling your body "eating your excersise calories" and upping your water intake as close to 8 cups a day you can

I'm on Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred I've been consistant and done the 20 min everyday 7 days a week I am just now starting Level 3 I've lost every bit of 10lbs so far and a clothing size or two as well I will add 10-20 minutes of light excersise sometime throughout the day everyday as well like a walk...
