I was having the same problem with the charge 3. I finally ended up doing a hard reset and now everything works ok.

I just started a hybrid of Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire yesterday. The hybrid that I'm doing was made by Chalean Johnson's sister. Hope to finish in three months.

Just finished the Combat 45 from Les Mills. I still don't have that many steps today, but I'm glad I finished the kata. Its alot better than the HIIT power because it doesn't have burpees. I hate burpees... So tomorrow will be the HIIT plyo, hope there's no burpees!

I went ahead and logged the calories that I ate really late last night, and when I pushed complete entry it put me at an extra 3 lbs.! I'm wondering if I felt really hungry all of a sudden was because I didn't exercise later? Or I didn't drink enough water? What do y'all usually do to get rid of night cravings?

Yesterday was good for steps anyway. I had 9667. But as far as eating well , some reason I got the munchies and I ended up eating probably around 2000 calories, I didn't log it because i Ifelt bad. But I'm glad to be started on the Les Mills Combat.

I seem to always have a bad weekend. I always try to to eat out or go way over my calorie limit. This is why instead of putting my limit at 1700 I put it around 1500 becuase I know how I am.
