+ 1 My lab is 5 and very lean - I don't hunt but when my parents look for labs they always go for ones that are field trial labs. Those are typically bred for intelligence, not show. My next dog will be a rescue, but I absolutely adore the dog I have now. She's my little mountain goat when we go hiking, and I love that she…

I've started bringing food to family gatherings - to "pitch in" - but also then i know how it's made. Then I'm not guessing for the whole meal, and I try to fill up on that food. I usually do steamed veggies w different seasoning. It works pretty well and everyones usually grateful too! Restaurants are tough, but I got…

i found this so motivating!!! i notice weeks i lose weight i'm at 30% or less carbs that day (definitely under 100g, try to keep under 75g) i've lost 14 since the beginning of the year (mostly thru feb, im back at it after a great honeymoon tho!) i'm glad to hear all of the other success stories!

Me too!!! Even if I do push away my plate (by an act of God, believe me) I still stare at it, and think about it, until it's gone. Leftovers in the fridge? No can do. Means I end up cooking only what I eat at that instant.

YUM - love these noodles. thanks!!

So much inspiration on this thread! Anyone in a similar boat feel free to add me! I'm 5'2" and have gone from 173 to 159 from 1/3/14 to 2/21/14 by keeping low carb / mostly veggie diet (with some lean ground turkey) and working out 6 days a week. Just got back from my honeymoon and ready to get in kick *kitten* shape for…
