  • I have this issue too! I've had to switch my crap options to more healthy options so when I indulge it's not quite as bad. I bought some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and dark chocolate for my down days!
  • Well it sounds like you're very motivated which is half the battle!! Try just doing it the old fashioned way for a few months. If you have no success then maybe look into surgery. That's great you've been doing so good so far! I need to get motivated again, that's my biggest struggle!
