I drink an Atkins Advantage shake (premade) for breakfast on most workdays. For some reason I don't like eating early in the morning so this works for me! I weigh myself first thing in the morning (nekkid). Usually at the Dr's office I end up weighing 2 lbs more (clothing) but I don't get weighed with my purse, jacket, or shoes if possible!

I've asked my Dr. the same thing. I'm trying to lose 40-60 lbs. He likes me to aim for 1200-1500 calories a day. Some days total to only 800-900 calories & I was worried about messing up my metabolism.
