Way to go! I started the C25k in October, but have not opened the app for about a month and a half. I am on Week 3 Day 1 and did that today after not doing it for so long. It felt really good to get back at it. Keep it up!

I know this is an old post and I am off topic, but thank you for the Scooby workshop calorie calculator! No wonder my plan was not working; I have been eating way too few calories. I am anxious to see what the increase in calories brings about in my weight loss.
