I buy the king sized dark Hershey's bar and break it up, put it in the freezer, and nibble on 1 or 2 pieces a day (until its tom then i'm lucky if I don't eat the whole thing at once)

I worked at mcdonalds for 4 years. lost 50 pounds in 4 months and then gained it all back when I stopped logging. I had a grilled chicken side salad with southwest dressing and strips. or I had a Canadian bacon biscuit with swiss cheese. I now work at taco bell :sad:

completed day 1 of level 2 today. I had a major problem with level 1-- the side lunge with an arm raise, yea I fell over and busted my head open. for some reason I can't stay balanced for that move only! Mothers Day 2011 I had actually joined this site in Feb 2011 but that was it, I joined and never thought of it again until this picture. I lost 50 pounds but got a second job and stopped logging... gained all but 15 pounds back.

what about 30DS? it is okay to NOT have a rest day during this? I feel if I stop or have a day off then I won't be able to push myself to complete it.

If you are having an issue with the calories adding back after you complete your work out, create a new workout and put in your info with "0" calories burned. that way you can keep track on the work outs and how long but aren't confused with MFP adding the calories you already subtracted.

really? no. the activity setting is for every day life (work, shopping, etc) working out is extra calories. OP to answer your question, generally as long as you net 1200 calories, you don't have to eat back everything. but don't force yourself to eat. if you're not hungry but need 200 or calories to meet the 1200 mark grab…
