I had pain in my neck a loss of motion for several months. I had an x-ray last week and the dr said I have bone spurs. How is the chiropractor working out for you. I was told to try a pt, but I have not made a move in either direction.

Started stage 2 last week. Workbook kicked my butt, but it was great!

I'm on stage 2. I love it. I work out at home, but we did already have a weight bench for my son. I had to buy additional weights so I could increment up slowly. the book does provide alternates if you don't have the gym equipment available.

9/8 157.6 but I'm not sure why. The scale didn't move all week and I did work out at all yesterday. I'll take it!

Look up HIIT workouts or Tabatas (4 minute cycles) - they are tough but can fit into anyone's schedule

Thank you so much for this post. I'm 3 workouts away from finishing phase I of new rules, but the scale hasn't moved a bit and I was really getting discourage. This helps a lot. If I can make half the change to my body you have, I would be happy. I will keep at it. On the bright side I did 25 standard pushes last night…

I too needed a plan. I'm doing the "New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women". It includes a very detail plan. Exactly what I needed. I'm almost finished phase 1. I love it. I love how I feel. I've started running on the off days as well, so I'm getting both.

I take magnesium citrate for rls and have been regular ever since. CALM is a power you can dissolve in a beverage. Give it a try

I personal wash mine each time, but it seems I'm doing laundry all the time so its not a big deal. grab a small bottle of woolite and use that when you rinse out your cloths.
