Yeah, yeah. And we shouldn't have more than one standard drink per hour. Or go swimming less than half an hour before eating. Anyways on topic. I had Dominos Pizza on Sunday because I was hungover as hell, all to myself. I then also got some large chips too, went way over my calorie limit. I just continued on my merry way…

This really hit home, I was always the chubby kid in school, I lost it all and looked awesome, but became self obsessed and karma kicked my *kitten* and I put it all back on. You've given me motivation to lose it all again! Thank you!

Well when girls lose weight, even though they are losing boobage, they will most likely appear to be bigger due to the fact the waist will be smaller...so maybe the same applies for guys? lol.

Welcome back, I feel in a similar situation so I'm going to add you, hope that's okay...

Added! I need new friends, I cull inactive friends regularly so I'm in the market for new friends all the time, anyone is free to add :)

When I was sixteen-seventeen I lost twenty kilos (About 44ish pounds) and managed to maintain for about two years before I began slowly putting it back on, then towards the end it started stacking on. Just before I joined MFP I was at my heaviest, I gained more than I lost (to be fair I'm now 21, so I'm going to weigh more…

This is such great inspiration! Good on you!

I stay patient knowing that if I don't, it's better than what I was doing before, which was eating my way to obesity. If I wasn't seeing results, I'd lower my calorie intake. Does MFP tell you to be eating as much as you are? Are you in an active job? As deksgrl said, maybe up how much weight you want to lose per week. I…

Well in Australia it's Saturday so I did my weigh in: I'm doing kilos not pounds because we're on the metric system where I live, and imperial is too confusing to me as I count in metric (Sorry my fellow Americans, I can see how metric is confusing to you! haha) SW: 92 CW: 88 (Gained a kilo since my last weigh in in…

I'll add you! Anyone can feel free to add me too, I just culled a lot of non active friends.

I got some from putting on weight, huge motivator at least and it can be a battle scar when I get to my goal weight. Optimism my friends.

I have a friend who's really unhealthy and I try to convince her to eat healthy with me and come to the gym but she tries to justify her unhealthy lifestyle as being 'healthy' and then gets hella offended when I order something healthy when we go out. Annoying. :/

Seeing photos of myself (or lack thereof, used to take so many snaps of myself and realised I now shy away) and also realising the only thing I can really wear without buying new clothes are leggings and baggy jumpers.

Late to the party. I'm doing kilos not pounds because we're on the metric system where I live, and imperial is too confusing to me as I count in metric (Sorry my fellow Americans, I can see how metric is confusing to you! haha) SW: 92 CW: 88 (Gained a kilo since my last weigh in in December, but that was before the silly…

Every single time I've given up was because something or another made me eat junk for one day and I decided to give up and start fresh the next week or month or whatever. There's two things I find that can help: a) MOST IMPORTANT: schedule cheat days. I know a lot of people look down on cheat days because they slow…

This is so shallow I've been contemplating whether to post it or not, but here we go... When I was sixteen I lost all my childhood weight, and I looked GREAT! My body was a perfect healthy weight, and I definitely glowed. I'm shy, and especially was then because I was used to being treated poorly by most people because of…

Last week was a warm up, now it's serious. :) I've added a lot of you, anyone is free to add me.

Yo, I'll add you from Down Under. :)

Your goal weight: 65 kilos, just a little above what I used to weigh. Why you want to get to your goal: Honestly? mostly vain reasons. Yah I want to be healthy and feel health is very important, but my main motivator is being able to fit into my old clothes and look good. Your favorite food: Vietnamese How you treat…

You rocked it... :)

You look very lovely and happy :)

Hey Tyler, We have something in common, weight gain after the loss of a parent. Feel free to add me, it would be cool to have someone to motivate me :)

I know people who have had success stories, as long as you up your weights you will see results. You can always talk to your instructor before/after class to get their insight too.
