I'm an indoor cyclist too - absolutely love spin classes (RPM is my absolute FAVE). I would like to get more involved with outdoor cycling but where I'm from it's far too dangerous to ride on roads - motorists here have a really poor attitude towards cyclists - is that common everywhere?

The "before" is actually after I had already lost a LOT of weight, but it's hard to find proper before pictures of me as I used to refuse to have my photo taken. After was taken tonight :)

Invest into Bitcoin when it was dirt cheap. Haha but nah seriously, girl you needed to learn to wake up early and get your bum onto a bike and do spin class twice a week. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to deal with annoying people when asked this question :D They always stare and get disappointed when you say 'Exercised more and ate less' sometimes even prodding with a "yeah...but what's your secret?" until they eventually give up and quickly change the topic.

I've lost quite a bit of weight twice now (unfortunately the first time I didn't keep it off). I lost more the first time - but I feel I look better now even though I'm nowhere near goal, purely due to resistance training :D

Ah damn, I completely understand. When I was 16 I lost 20 kilos, gained it all back and plus more in my late teens/early twenties. It's really hard to get back on the horse - so good for you!!

I just did a massive cull - so looking to replace my inactive friends with active ones! I have an open diary (which to be honest isn't always the healthiest...haha) but I've also lost quite a bit of weight - so if you want someone on your list who is active and is actually losing weight - I'm ya gal!

08/06/2013 - 95 kilos/210 pounds (Roughly, could have been more, I used to not weigh myself back then - I think I got close to 100 kilos at one point) 20/07/2017 - 78 kilos/172 pounds. This is more of a progress photo, still have more to go.
