Well it is artichoke season now in Australia and I enjoy them the French way, boiled for 40 min then eaten with a vinaigrette.2

Definitely not strawberries unless you smash them for a frozen strawberry daiquiri ....0

I'm still eating strawberries..
Chopped with yoghurt.
Love the yopro high protein yoghurt for 95 cals.

Keep buying strawberries if you can get them ($1 per punnet in Woolies)
Just cut them up

We recently tried 65 calorie biscuits from Aldi. They're sugarless digestives. They have chocolate on top and remind me of a chocolate wheaten. And they don't taste sugarless!1

They are perfectly fine if you cut them up first. I heard today that bananas can be added to the list0 -
It isn't food but Pepsi Max Raspberry is my new favourite drink.1

Just read the latest on that. It was mental health related so nothing to worry about. I am guessing someone put it in their own banana.0 -

Uh ok.. I really feel for those strawberry farmers though..1 -
Not sure how long these have been out but are new to me.. great snacks, cals range from 187 to 127 for the corn.

Chobani Fit, Quest cookies (PB is my favourite), Smart Diet Solutions protein bars, Twinings Infuse teas (although these aren't food).2

Are the same in texture, thick?
Both a pretty thick, smooth and creamy. I will go by whatever is on special. Yo Pro is half price in Woolies today but Chobani Fit will be half price tomorrow. Well in SA anyway.

I used to only ever buy the regular chobani, but then saw yopro on special and decided to give it ago. Price is normally about the same. Totally loved it and bonus it's lower cals. I've not seen the chobani fit but if they are similar I'll buy whichever is on special. I probably buy 10 tubs a week so it's expensive when you're paying full price.

Cadbury chocolate with kettle chips.
Not low cal, but tastes good.0 -
I tried Chobani fit.... Hated it. It wasn't sweet enough, or flavourful enough and I thought the texture was weird. Not sure why they need to add rice starch etc to it... I'll just stick to my woolies skyr with protein powder!
I just saw these advertised... Another addition to the frozen dessert collection

Was on the lookout when I was shopping today but only found that brand in frozen yoghurt. I did come across this instead. I hope it is as good as their vanilla!

Looking forward to trying both of these.
I hope the Chobani fit isn't too gross, I have 6 sitting in my fridge. Trying one this arvo.0 -

These have just turned up in NZ too (our Countdown has the same 'store brands' as your Woolies).1 -

I think the new low cal ones are coming soon @Lillymoo01 - I saw it advertised on insta today (where I got the pic from)
I like the no sugar vanilla and salted caramel ice-cream, it's a cheaper alternative to halo top/fro pro etc.1 -
Got this from muscle food. Golden Syrup mug cake mix. 186 cals per serving 20g protein. Came today so not tried yet though. Hope I am not dissapointed.

I was in Woolworths this morning and came across this. Will definitely be worth giving it a try.
