I would like to join in. This would be my first group. Do I sign in each day with miles from day before? How do I make the tracking line? or do I just add them each day 12-1 2.6 miles 12-2 4.1 miles

I agree that cabbage soup should not be uses as a diet. But if you enjoy the taste of it,as I do,it is a nice low cal fill in when you feel like you need something to eat. Also a great warm up if you live in a climate, which i also do.

Hi I am Diane I have live in Big Lake for the last 27yrs , grew up in Blaine, class of 1979. I have been as much as 100 lbs over weight, but thanks to a RNY surgery in 2002, i know go up and down about 25 pounds. Love and own 3 horses that I ride or drive. Would love to meet more folks like me.

I am 5'5" and was down to 135 a few years back and that was too low for me. I have a large frame and am almost 53 years old and I would love to be betwwen 145 and 150
