They have a ton of low-cal frozen ready meals that are all really tasty. I like the baked ziti and the black bean and corn enchiladas. They also sell this great pre-packaged frozen crab-stuffed flounder that is 310 calories and like $3. It feels like a nice takeout dish without the price tag or being high in calories

I'm currently really liking pure protein bars, especially the cookie dough flavor. The chocolate peanut butter and chocolate deluxe aren't bad, but the cookie dough is definitely my favorite. I tried quest bars but I couldn't get into them. The texture is just too funky for me

Weight loss is rarely linear. Just keep doing what you're doing

Vegetarian chili's are both freezer and low-cal friendly, I like to add quinoa to mine which adds protein and beefs it up without adding too many calories. I like this one: http://potluck.ohmyveggies.com/slow-cooker-quinoa-white-chili-roasted-poblanos/ especially if you throw in some chipotles in adobo for extra flavor…

I'm a huge fan of egg salad with tomatoes and a little mustard instead of mayo, I also like putting together a little container of cheese slices, baby carrots, crackers and hummus or canned tuna (or lunch meat) for really busy days

Most store guidelines for bra sizing are actually way off. Check out this link: http://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/quick It has pretty much everything you need to know about properly figuring out your size, as well as where to get funky sized bras for more unusual band/cup combinations :)

In my experience, exercise really helps. I would start off with light cardio first (power walking, etc) and as you get more comfortable, move to more intense things. I've found that when I start feeling panicky, going for a 15 minute power walk around the block helps me prevent or lessen a full-blown panic attack from…

It'll probably be pretty slow, to be honest. I have a similar goal (15 lbs), and my deficit has me losing about 0.5 a week. I wouldn't set a time frame because ultimately, your body is going to do things on its own schedule! Definitely keep track of inches though, and take pictures for comparison, because even if scale…

I would continue with TDEE - 10% because you have so little to lose. 100 lb is a perfectly reasonable goal for your height, but you can always reassess as you go depending on how you feel. If your current macros are working for you, then stick with them, but make sure to get a decent amount of protein (1 g per 1lb lean…

Actually during glycolysis (the first bit of metabolism), glucose gets turned INTO fructose before being further broken down. So yeah, no.

Just don't do it like this guy did http://gawker.com/5883684/the-awful-cover-letter-all-of-wall-street-is-laughing-about

I like the 30 day shred, the workouts are under a half hour long and the first level is up on youtube

I used to make something similar but stopped for some reason. Definitely giving these a try!

I made the switch from regular coke to coke zero, I just couldn't justify wasting calories on something with zero nutritional value whatsoever. I still work some regular soda into my day occasionally, but most of the time I just would prefer to fill my allotted calories with real food

I think you probably have two main options: 1. Keep at the 1400 and eat back your exercise calories (that's how the MFP system is designed to be used) or 2. Calculate your TDEE using one of many online calculators, and take your deficit from that number. If you choose to use the TDEE method, you should not eat back…

That calorie burn seems really high? If you're wearing your HRM while lifting, then the estimated calories burned it tells you are going to be totally messed up. HRMs will only accurately estimate calorie burns for steady state cardio

I definitely agree with eating more protein earlier in the day, I find that around the afternoon, eating sweet yogurt or fruit leaves me really hungry

Right there with you! I just decided to try to eat around maintenance and not worry about it too much, and if I want a treat, I'm having one

I'm 5'3.5, lowest adult weight was around 125, currently at 135, aiming for 115ish
