i had the same problem, what i did was i cut bread out of my diet and replaced it with almonds, because thy take longer to digest so you eat less, and they are high in protein, also i recommend muscle milk, or myofusion, and then lifting heavier with less rep, then the next day go light with max rep

believe it or not cold weather can be better for burning calories im a wrestle and when im over weight i will do exercises outside because when your body shivers it uses calories to burn to warm you, as well as cold weather helps with stamina. but im feeling the same way lets help each other

iv cut 23lbs in 4months and lost 3 of my waist line just doing 100 sit ups b4 bed followed by 4 stets of 25 pushups then doing dumbbell workouts. i also use cliff, and myoplex to gain the muscle i want. i need some encouragement to get to 152lbs
