  • I have used my Proform for 10 yrs now with no problems.I purchased it at Sam's club. I have used it 5 days a week and my husband uses it in bad weather. It has programmed exercise sessions -heart rate on the handle and folds up to save space. I love it- Hope this helps- Linda

  • Okay, I am an RN so you know where I stand-but a Doctor of Chinese medicine well respected came to us for treatment of this same symptom- we aspirated fluid sent it for analysis and confirmed gout. He did not use his own accupuncture treatment. Gout can be helped with dietary control also-Goos Luck Old RN

  • Hi, I get 2 days off. Wed (date night with my husband) and Sunday. This is for exercise only. I have lost 21 lbs since 3/31 So it is working for me only 5 more lbs. then i have to figure out the maintenance thing. This web site has really worked for me!
